Zarmina Nasir (pictured) has been appointed as the new chief executive officer of Moulis Legal, which has offices in Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne and soon in Adelaide.

As part of her duties, Ms Nasir will play a key role in Moulis Legal’s progression, working alongside the board of directors and the growing team to continue to achieve purpose-led results for the business, its people and clients, the firm said in a statement.

She has previously served as gender norms director at Investing in Women and director at the Department of Social Services. She brings, Moulis Legal detailed, more than two decades of experience across diverse cultural, business and non-government organisation settings.

Ms Nasir started in the role on Monday (14 August) and is based in the firm’s Canberra office.

Moulis Legal founder and partner director Daniel Moulis said: “We are delighted to welcome such a highly accomplished and distinguished leader to Moulis Legal.

“Our clients, our people, and the firm as whole will benefit greatly from Ms Nasir’s understanding of global issues and regulatory landscapes, as well as her partnership management, policy and strategy development experience.”

Ms Nasir added: “It’s a privilege to join this progressive national and international legal practice, which has such broad reach and cross border impact.

“I hope to expand on the firm’s successes and usher Moulis Legal into its next business evolution.”
