National law firm McCabes has promoted 15 professionals, including two principals, a special counsel, and a senior associate.
Kevin McMenamin and Olga Sclavenitis have been promoted to principal at McCabes, while Maddison Williams steps into the role of special counsel, and Diana Semaan has been elevated to senior associate.
McMenamin is an insurance specialist and has acted on insurers behalf in litigated and unlitigated claims for personal injury, product liability, property damage, and construction disputes.
From the health and government group, Sclavenitis specialises in civil litigation and has acted for government agencies in medical negligence, institutional abuse, CTP, and public liability claims.
Managing principal Andrew Lacey said the promotions come off the back of a successful period for the firm.
“We’re thrilled to reward the continued dedication of our people after a strong financial year,” Lacey said.
“Each of these individuals has made an impressive impact, and we’re proud to acknowledge their achievements.”
McCabes has also elevated Chloe Sutton, Jack Cale, Shaheen Hoosen, Samantha Jack, Madeleine Mulligan, Henry Peyper, and Jack Sunter to associate.
In this same promotion round, Katie Ogle was promoted to HR operations manager, Rebecca Neeson to HR adviser, Ben Mason to IT manager, and Ali Jnr Oueik to assistant accountant.
