Commercial and family law firm Swaab has promoted six, including one to special counsel and two to senior associate.
Swaab has promoted one new special counsel, two to senior associate, and three associates, effective from the start of this month.
Managing partner Mary Digiglio said she was “personally delighted” to announce their promotions.

Special counsel Kellie Van Munster works across financial services, private clients and family businesses, and services professional and non-professional clients in the insolvency and litigation team.
Working within the same team, new senior associate William Clement uses a strong accounting background in his legal matters.
Joshua Bernie, senior associate in Swaab’s property, planning and projects team, specialises in the resolution of strata, construction and property-related legal disputes.
The new associates are Aaron Boz from the planning and environment team, Ramesh Chamala from the insolvency and litigation practice, and Marissa Aragona from family law.
