PGC Legal have welcomed Arnie Narayan as a Consultant strengthening the Corporate and Commercial Law team whilst complementing the existing Litigation team.
PGC Legal is an expanding legal office in Adelaide CBD where Arnie will provide strategic advice and support across a broad spectrum of transactions, leveraging his deep industry knowledge and legal acumen.

Arnie Narayan was born in the Travancore District of South India. He arrived in Australia in the mid-70s with his parents and was naturalised as an Australian Citizen shortly thereafter. He attended St Peters College in Hackney before graduating from the University of Adelaide.
Arnie regularly acts for insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, creditors and other key stakeholders in insolvencies, corporate recoveries, corporate restructurings and litigation. Mandates include acting for the scheme liquidator in the winding up of unregistered managed investments operated by John West & Associates Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) and acting for the Administrator and Deed Administrator in the recovery of the well-known food manufacturing and contract packing business Spring Gully Foods.
Arnie's restructuring experience and expertise assists him to deliver "front end" solutions to his clients in a broad range of transactions as well as bolstering his advisory skills and range.
As a litigator, Arnie is involved in resolving disputes ranging from contractual and trade practices disputes through to defamation claims and property settlements. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including aviation, agribusiness, property and construction, wine and the public sector.
Arnie is a former Deputy Chairman of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (SA & NT), a member of the Banking Law Association of Australia, a member of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, a former Board Member of the Law Society of South Australia and a member of the Institute of Company Directors.
