A partner with significant experience in complex real assets deals and infrastructure projects has joined Gilbert + Tobin.
Ben Cosentino has joined as a partner in Gilbert + Tobin’s leading transactional team, where he will build on his commercial acumen and cross-border real assets M&A experience.
Founder and chairman Danny Gilbert welcomed Cosentino.
“He combines deep transactional expertise with rare insight into how many sponsors and institutions operate,” Gilbert said.
“His appointment reflects our commitment to growing our real assets capability.”
Cosentino’s experience includes domestic and international deals, and he most recently worked as an in-house adviser to a leading global asset manager.
He also acted on high-profile transactions for a broad client base, including global sponsors, government entities, developers and major corporates.
