Commercial firm Keypoint Law has appointed a consulting principal with more than two decades of experience.
Nicolina Lademann has joined Keypoint Law, bringing the firm’s litigation practice group to 36 consulting principals.
With more than 20 years of experience, Lademann has advised and represented small and medium-sized enterprises across a broad range of disputes within commercial, property, employment, and estate and guardianship matters.
Lademann has appeared in state and federal courts, as well as before the Fair Work Commission, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
CEO Warren Kalinko said the litigation practice’s growth “reflects the strong demand from clients for senior, specialist dispute resolution expertise delivered through a flexible, partner-led approach”.
“We are thrilled to welcome Nicolina to the team and look forward to the valuable experience she brings to support our clients,” he added.
Lademann has significant expertise in employment and labour law, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and workplace bullying. She regularly acts for employers in the Fair Work Commission.
She is also well regarded for her advice on drafting employment agreements and workplace policies, as well as property disputes, debt recovery and monetary claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, and complex commercial litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
“I am excited to join the team at Keypoint Law to continue to support my clients by providing quality and professional legal services through an innovative and award-winning firm,” Lademann said.
