Within his arbitration and commercial litigation specialisation, Dentons’ new dispute resolution partner Ryan Cable has a particular focus on oil and gas, mining, energy, renewables and resources.

This is in addition to Cables’ focus on breaches of contract, financing and joint venture disputes.

Amber Warren, Australia chair and Australasia region CEO, said Cable’s appointment adds to the existing dispute resolution capabilities in the Brisbane market, “and marks another step in our commitment to strengthening our national capability”.

“Our clients in Queensland and beyond will greatly benefit from Ryan’s presence in our firm,” Warren said.

On his appointment, Cable said he was excited to join Dentons and help contribute to the national growth of the disputes practice.

“I look forward to connecting with colleagues across the Australian and global network of Dentons and bringing to bear my arbitration and dispute resolution experience for our clients,” Cable said.
