Sydney-based firm Addisons has appointed a special counsel to its established and well-regarded property practice.
Rita Bradshaw has brought a depth of real estate experience to her new role as special counsel on Addisons’ property team.
Bradshaw’s experience includes advising clients on complex interjurisdictional acquisitions and disposals, structural advice and due diligence.
This is in addition to advising industrial warehouses, childcare assets, forestry assets, and agricultural and residential land.
She also has extensive leasing, subleasing and licensing experience across a wide range of asset classes.
Partner Portia Malinowski said the firm was excited to have Bradshaw join the property practice.
“Bringing broad experience, Rita combines deep technical expertise and strong commercial acumen to complement and further strengthen Addisons’ real estate offering.
“With clients being at the centre of everything we do, Rita is well-placed to contribute to our focus in driving growth and delivering the trusted, high-quality advice Addisons is known for,” Malinowski said.
