Independent firm Lander & Rogers has promoted 45 lawyers to the roles of partner, special counsel, and senior associate.
Ten partners, 13 special counsel, and 22 senior associates were promoted across seven of Landers & Rogers practice areas, effective 1 July.
The 10 partners are insurance law and litigation experts Chris Philactides, Eliza Elliott, Jessica O’Brien, Julie Shooter, and Samuel Sumaru; family and relationship law specialists Ashley Taylor, Katalin Lello, and Shai Sommer; compensation law expert Adele Moloney; and workplace relations and safety expert Nicholas West-Foy.
Chief executive partner Daniel Proietto said the 2026 promotions round reflects another year of strong momentum for the firm.
“Over the past 12 months, we have continued to grow our national presence, deepen our capabilities across key practice areas, and strengthen the way we support our clients, people and communities.
“These promotions recognise the outstanding contribution our promotes have made to that growth and the leadership they demonstrate every day,” Proietto said.
Promotions were also made across the corporate, commercial disputes, and real estate and projects practices.
Proietto congratulated the firm’s newest senior leaders on reaching an important career milestone.
“Each of our promotes brings exceptional expertise, commercial insight and a strong commitment to client service,” Proietto said.
“We are proud to celebrate their achievements and look forward to the impact they will make as we build on the firm’s growth and success into the future.”
Lander & Rogers also celebrated the 16 promotions across its business services and practice group support functions, with a focus on technology and client experience, to further strengthen the delivery of client services.
