Holding Redlich’s national litigation practice has been strengthened with six appointments, including two partners, one special counsel, and one senior associate.
Melbourne-based partner Duncan Travis has moved from Cornwalls to Holding Redlich, bringing with him special counsel Georgia Boyce, senior associate Tooba Khaliqy, associate Caroline Ashton, and lawyer Megan Colclough.
Bridget Camilleri, formerly of Cooper Grace Ward, has also joined Holding Redlich as partner.
The firm’s national head of dispute resolution and litigation, Greg Wrobel, said: “Duncan and Bridget are both highly respected litigators who bring extensive experience managing complex, high-stakes disputes across a range of sectors.”
“Duncan’s appointment, together with the addition of Georgia, Tooba, Caroline and Megan in Melbourne, and Bridget’s appointment in Queensland represent a significant investment in Holding Redlich’s capability to support clients facing increasingly complex disputes.”
Travis has more than 20 years of experience advising global and domestic corporations, directors and senior executives on complex disputes, class actions and regulatory investigations.
Travis said he was “delighted” to join Holding Redlich.
“I look forward to collaborating with colleagues across the firm to support clients navigating increasingly complex litigation, regulatory and governance environments,” Travis said.
Camilleri has acted for large companies and private individuals in complex commercial litigation and contractual disputes across the energy, property and retail sectors. Her experience also extends to corporate fraud and asset recovery matters.
Camilleri said she was looking forward to working with Holding Redlich’s team “across a broad range of commercial disputes”.
“The opportunity to contribute my experience and support the continued growth of the practice is an exciting next step,” Camilleri said.
