Mallesons Stephen Jaques has acted for the Multiplex Group on its shareholder class action litigation.
The Federal Court approved the settlement, which was negotiated before the matter was scheduled for trial in October this year.
The Mallesons team included dispute resolution partners Robyn Chalmers, Moira Saville and Kate Mills, and senior associate Alexander Morris.
