SOUTH AUSTRALIAN firm Kelly & Co Lawyers has taken on a new associate in its corporate and commercial division.

Matthew Allan will specialise in taxation and superannuation, having come to the firm from the tax and legal division of a ‘big four’ accounting firm, where he gained three years of experience.

“I am delighted to be joining such a highly regarded taxation practice and am looking forward to playing a key role in servicing and developing the firm’s national superannuation client base,” Allan said.

Garry Winter, partner and head of Kelly & Co’s taxation team, said the firm was “very excited about the appointment of [Allan], which will further strengthen our specialist taxation legal team, which now consists of 10 practitioners and is the largest in South Australia”.
