Three solicitors have been elevated to the position of associate at firm Carter Newell.
Laura Pavolvski joined the firm in 2002, before making associate this year. She is a member of the construction and engineering division, specialising in construction and engineering insurance litigation.
Fellow associate James Plumb is a key member of the corporate and commercial team. Plumb has served the firm for the past five years, with a specific focus on corporate and resource matters, including acquisitions and sales, corporate governance issues, leasing and licensing.
Rachael Olling has become an associate in the professional liability division. With extensive experience in defending a range of professionals, Olling has handled matters involving various aspects of insurance including public and product liability claims.
Chief executive officer of Carter Newell, Peter Ellender said that “the elevation of these key team members recognises their efforts and attention to providing superior customer service”.
