TressCox has appointed Carol Lee as a part-time partner in the Brisbane office, an employment trend the firm is keen to continue.

An employer that prides itself on strategies to encourage a culture of work-life balance and a high level of client focus, TressCox recognised Lee’s six year service with a part-time partnership position.

Lee said she was excited about her new appointment, as it will allow her to progress her career while managing the demands of a young family.

TressCox said it was mindful of the increasingly complex interplay between people’s work and personal lives and the challenges involved in managing work, family and lifestyle responsibilities. The firm said it has introduced a variety of initiatives for employees with a desire to maintain their client focus while still maintaining their family commitments.
