Corrs Chambers Westgarth has announced four new partners. Shaun Bailey (construction, Sydney) has a broad range of experience in construction dispute resolution, including litigation, expert determination, mediation, arbitration and statutory adjudication.
Michael Hain (property, Perth) has worked with a number of key firm clients, including Woolworths, Coles Myer and ING.
Andrew Korbel (Sydney) has extensive experience in commercial litigation, administrative law and inquiries. He has acted for and advised a significant number of private sector and government clients, and has worked closely with practitioners in the construction, workplace relations and intellectual property practice groups. Justin Quill (media law and commercial litigation, Melbourne) has provided legal advice to clients such as Telstra, AFL Players’ Association and Channel 7, and has developed expertise in freedom of information.
