She is, the company said in a market update, an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate transactions and legal advisory services, both in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

Her expertise, it went on, includes cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and capital raising in Asian and Australian markets.

Most recently, she served as legal counsel in Australia and New Zealand for Swiss Re and was a non-executive director of Quantum Health Group Limited.

Prior to this, she was senior legal counsel at Cover-More Group and a senior associate at Macpherson Kelley in its corporate practice.

Elsewhere, Kingsgate has appointed Rob Kinnaird as its acting general manager for operations.
