Mills Oakley has snapped up corporate specialist David Nolan, who joins the firm's Sydney office as a partner.
Nolan has moved across to Mills Oakley from boutique Sydney corporate firm Herceg Lawyers, and prior to that worked for three years at the London Stock Exchange as assistant manager in the equity and capital markets group.
During this time he executed several significant transactions, including the BHP Billiton merger and dual listed structure, the Orange IPO and the Woolworths demerger.
