Insurance lawyer Kemsley Brennan has joined Colin Biggers & Paisley (CBP) as special counsel.

Before joining CBP, Brennan spent 17 years at Chubb Specialty Claims, Asia Pacific where he was vice president and D&O liability technical claims manager.

Brennan has a wealth of experience in the technical management of high value claim litigation and has managed the defence of directors in many high profile Australian, US and Asian class actions during his time at Chubb.

Brennan said he was looking forward to making the change from an in-house role to working with a broader range of insurance companies and brokers.
