Anthony Hobley, the global head of climate change and carbon finance at Norton Rose, has relocated from London to Sydney.

A leading international lawyer working in the area of climate change, Hobley has been involved in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) process throughout its history and played a key role as part of a negotiating group at the Copenhagen summit.

While Hobley is in Australia, London-based climate change partner Andrew Hedges will lead the practice across Europe.
