Sue Jonklaas has been appointed as special counsel in Hynes Lawyers' intellectual property and innovation team.

Jonklaas has extensive experience in all forms of intellectual property law and will handle all matters of licensing and distribution in intellectual property, information technology and joint venture project finance.

Llewellyn Judd has joined the firm as senior associate in the commercial recovery and restructuring team. Judd has extensive experience in general commercial litigation and dispute resolution and will handle all matters of BCIPA claims, commercial and construction litigation, debt recovery, dispute resolution and professional negligence.
