MacGillivrays Solicitors has promoted Anneliese Seymour and Kirsten Woodcroft-Brown to the position of associate in the firm's litigation and dispute resolution services team, commencing 1 July 2010.

 
 

Seymour joined the firm in 2008 as a graduate law clerk and was admitted in December 2008. Her post-admission experience includes commercial litigation and dispute resolution, planning and environment, corporate and commercial law.

Woodcroft-Brown joined the firm in 2008 as a solicitor with a background in insolvency and commercial litigation, personal injuries and WorkCover claims, plus Business Services Authority work.

Her main practice areas are currently insolvency and commercial litigation, dispute resolution and commercial services.
