Queensland's Carter Newell Lawyers has promoted Caren Obed and Kelly Lowe to associate level in the firm's corporate and resources groups respectively.
Obed specialises in corporate advisory and capital markets work, mergers and acquisitions matters, as well as financial services work and managed investment schemes.
Lowe practices in the firm's resources area and has advised on joint venture operational issues, the petroleum and mining regulatory regimes and land access and compensation arrangements. She has assisted in the sale and acquisition of tenement and joint venture interests.
