Former sole practitioner Evan Richards has joined the commercial team of Adelaide firm Kain Corporate and Commercial Lawyers.

After working at a large firm in Adelaide, last year Richards opened his own practice through which he has built a solid client base.

Head of the firm's commercial team Tim Hall said Richards is a highly skilled lawyer and brings both legal and business development capabilities to Kain C+C.

"He will add a new dynamic to our commercial team," Hall said. "Evan not only has a strong grounding in commercial law but has also gained experience in fields outside the law that have served him well in managing client relationships and attracting new business."
