Former Gadens partner and Primary Health Care legal counsel Clive Cachia has been appointed by Middletons to its corporate advisory group as special counsel.

Cachia specialises in mergers and acquisitions, major projects, corporate law and commercial law and brings experience across a range of industries including energy and resources, retail, transport, health, agribusiness and financial services.
