Johnson Winter & Slattery has added to its corporate and funds management expertise with the appointment of former Blake Dawson lawyer Austin Bell.

Joining the firm as a partner in the Sydney office, Bell will specialise in funds management and financial services and will work closely with corporate team members Shelley Hemmings and Jim Hunwick.

"Austin's local and international experience in funds management, financial services and corporate advisory will deepen the skills we are able to offer clients in the funds management sector," said managing partner, Peter Slattery.
