Andrew Caspar has joined Herbert Geer & Rundle as senior associate, adding to the firm’s corporate advisory, and banking and finance teams. He focuses on corporate and commercial work, and has extensive experience in business structuring, compliance and takeover matters, as well as negotiating sales of business and assets, including major infrastructure items. Caspar was previously placed at the firm Russell Kennedy.
