Andrew Caspar has joined Herbert Geer & Rundle as senior associate, adding to the firm’s corporate advisory, and banking and finance teams. He focuses on corporate and commercial work, and has extensive experience in business structuring, compliance and takeover matters, as well as negotiating sales of business and assets, including major infrastructure items. Caspar was previously placed at the firm Russell Kennedy.

Also coming to HGR is John Zadkovich, as a solicitor within the firm’s commercial dispute resolution practice in Melbourne. He has extensive experience in general commercial arbitration, including corporate governance disputes and regulatory issues, finance litigation and securities enforcement, corporate fraud and forensic investigations, mining and resources litigation and international commercial arbitration.
