Roland Burt has joined Macpherson+Kelley Lawyers as principal in the firm's building and construction practice in Melbourne.
Burt has over 20 years' experience as a lawyer, initially in broader commercial litigation and dispute resolution, while over time developing a particular focus on the construction industry.
He brings his significant experience as a commercial litigator to the construction industry where he has represented developers, owners, builders, contractors and professionals in all types of construction disputes.
An area of special interest for Burt is representing insured parties in insurance claims relating to construction projects.
The appointment of Burt takes the firm to over 115 lawyers including 43 principals nationally.
