Paula Nassif has joined Gadens Lawyers as a senior associate having returned to Sydney after eight years in London.

A corporate and finance lawyer, Nassif previously worked at Chadbourne & Parke as well as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer while overseas. She also spent time on secondment to the structured and asset finance team of ANZ Bank in London.

Prior to her London stint, Nassif was a senior associate at Blake Dawson and also served two secondments with ANZ and HSBC Bank Australia in Sydney.

She has advised on a range of international financing and corporate transactions including asset-based financings, project financings, property financings and structured tax-based financings.
