Michael Boughey joins the firm as special counsel and Carly Richardson as senior associate. Boughey was previously assistant crown solicitor at Crown Law and head of its IT/IP practice group. He has advised corporate and government clients around Queensland on a number of high profile IT transactions. Richardson was previously a senior associate at Mallesons Stephen Jaques and has commercial IT and IP experience, including IP litigation and trade mark enforcement. The two senior hires round out the team, which includes two partners, two associates and two trainee lawyers.
