Prior to joining Herbert Geer, Hedges was a senior legal counsel at WorkSafe Victoria for over seven years, managing its legal panel firms and common law liabilities.

She has extensive experience in plaintiff and defendant personal injury litigation both in Victoria and England.

In addition to the recruitment of Hedges, Mary MacLeod, who joined Herbert Geer as a special counsel in Melbourne last year, has been promoted to the firm’s partnership.
