Law Squared appoints advisory board chair
Leading NewLaw firm Law Squared has named the former managing director and CEO of AusNet Services as the chair of its advisory board.
Nino Ficca (pictured), who also has “extensive senior executive experience in strategic and operational roles”, is set to be Law Squared’s new advisory board chair.

He has served on the advisory board for the past three years, “providing his expertise throughout the firm’s growth journey”.
Speaking about the appointment, Law Squared founder and director Demetrio Zema said that he is “thrilled” to have someone of Mr Ficca’s calibre in the role of chair.
“Nino has played an integral role in the development and growth of Law Squared over the past three years, and we are excited to see him step into the role of chair to help us further develop and achieve our strategic goals,” he said.
Mr Ficca added that he is looking forward to stepping into the role, helping to drive the firm’s vision and aspirations over an extended period.
“Law Squared is a true law firm disruptor, and its growth over the past three years has been absolutely phenomenal. Demetrio has expertly led the team through some serious COVID challenges, and I am excited to step into the chair role and continue to support the Law Squared team with their next phase of growth,” he said.
Law Squared’s independent advisory board also consists of Liz Harris, Georgia Beattie and Mike Cleary.
