Mallesons Stephen Jaques was recognised at the International Financial Law Review's (IFLR) Asia Awards 2009 in Hong Kong on Wednesday.
The firm was also awarded three Deal of the Year gongs for structured finance and securitisation, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring.
IFLR takes into consideration client recommendations and the innovation and legal complexity of deals when deciding on winners.
Firms are rewarded for quality and commitment to the development of legal services in the Asia-Pacific region.
Robert Milliner, Mallesons' Chief Executive Partner, said the awards were a great honour.
"The firm has acted as trusted adviser on some of the most complex and significant financial transactions of the year and we are very pleased to have our hard work and continued dedication recognised by IFLR," he said.
