A new corporate and commercial law firm, O'Neill Partners Commercial Lawyers, has been launched in Sydney.

The firm, established as a partnership by Michael O'Neill and David Evans, is a boutique firm specialising in the areas of corporate insolvency and business recovery, commercial litigation, corporate and commercial, property and trade practice law.

 
 

The firm's lawyers and support staff are formerly of Nash O'Neill Tomko Lawyers (better known as NOT Lawyers) which serviced the Sydney market for 12 years.

O'Neill has taken up the position of senior partner and chairman. Evans is the firm's managing partner.
