Arnold Bloch Leibler has promoted four to its partnership, including the son of senior partner Mark Leibler, Jeremy Leibler.

 
 

Also joining the firm's partnership from 1 July are Caroline Goulden, Matthew Lees and Genevieve Sexton.

Practising in commercial and corporate law with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and takeover defences, as well as public and private capital raisings, newly appointed partner Jeremy Leibler joined his father's firm in 2003 as an articled clerk and was appointed senior associate in 2009.

A regular speaker on takeovers and related issues, Leibler graduated top of his class at Monash University in 2003 with first class honours and was awarded the Supreme Court Prize for best honours student.

ABL also promoted Tiffany Barmann, Jennifer Collins, Lisa Lane, Daniel Mote, Gary Segal, Bridget Slocum, Andrew Towson and Clare Varghese to the position of senior associate.
