The publication, entitled A Guide for Legal Professionals & Law Enforcement, will provide tips on appropriate and effective service approaches to Muslim clients.
Guest speakers at the event, which will take place at the Sidney Myer Asia Centre at the University of Melbourne, include Victorian Attorney-General and Minister for Finance Robert Clarke,and Law Institute of Victoria president Caroline Counsel.
The Muslim Legal Network is an organisation dedicated to building a better understanding of the Islamic faith within Australia through various projects and dialogues and providing assistance to other Islamic organisations.
