Legal concerns about the increasing use of employees’ likeness

According to one employment law partner, there is a movement from employers towards seeking permission to use the likeness of employees, for open-ended purposes, in agreements and clauses. For individuals handing over their likeness, there could well be “very serious implications” moving forward.
