Mr Santhosh specialises in corporate tax, tax structuring and restructuring, tax advice, tax litigation, superannuation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Bill Karvela, Rigby Cooke Lawyers’ executive chairman, said: “Joseph has an extremely strong background in the health and pharmaceutical sector having previously worked on major tax structuring for some of Australia’s largest pharmacy groups.”

He continued: “Having just completed a major M&A transaction in the health and pharmaceutical sector, Joseph’s skills will further strengthen our firm’s growing industry focus and expertise in this space.”

Rigby Cooke Lawyers recently appointed partner Michael Loterzo to its corporate and commercial group, as well as partner Rob Jackson, lawyer Stephanie Burn and legal assistant Monika Nosal to its workplace relations team.
