Ms Valentine (pictured) has more than 14 years’ experience advising government in a broad range of areas.

Most recently she has worked on its strategic commissioning initiatives, particularly those undertaken within the custodial area, such as the outsourcing of specialist security services and accommodation facilities for newly released inmates.

At Holding Redlich, Ms Valentine will have a focus on commercial and property projects, advising on all aspects of projects, from needs analysis stage, through to contract negotiation and management.

Holding Redlich recently appointed four partners across its three offices: Gerard Timbs and Peter Nugent in Brisbane, Richard Skopal in Melbourne, and Scott Alden in Sydney.

The firm also recently lost partner Chris Wille to K&L Gates, and partners Harold Weksman and Sylvia Fernandez to Thomson Geer.
