Mr Walton (pictured) has 15 years of legal experience and was a partner at B2B Lawyers prior to joining Rigby Cooke Lawyers.

He takes on the role of partner in Rigby Cooke Lawyers’ litigation and dispute resolution group.

“As an experienced commercial litigator and insolvency expert, Demian joins us very highly regarded and recommended by pre-eminent senior counsel and corporate contacts,” Bill Karvela, executive chairman of Rigby Cooke Lawyers, said.

“His addition to our litigation and dispute resolution group complements and strengthens our team, especially with his expertise in insolvency and asset protection, which adds great depth to our service offering to clients facing these complex issues.”

Rigby Cooke recently appointed senior associate Joseph Santhosh from Rotstein Commercial Lawyers and partner Michael Loterzo from Leighton Contractors Pty Ltd.
