Most recently, Mr Nixey (pictured) worked as in-house counsel and consultant for dual-listed technology company Simavita Ltd and ATEC Rail Group respectively.

Prior to this he was a partner in the corporate and commercial practice at K&L Gates in Sydney, and has also spent more than five years working in the UK.

His unique combination of in-house legal and large law firm experience will enhance Henry Davis York's corporate/M&A offering and deepen client understanding and insight.

“We are excited to have someone with Ted's expertise and experience join our firm,” said Michael Greene, managing partner of Henry Davis York.

“His appointment to our corporate/M&A practice reflects our dedication and efforts to supplement the great pool of talent we already have in the team. It will help ensure our clients continue to receive the highest level of service possible as we develop and grow our already strong relationships in this area.”
