Kiwi firm poaches from Freehills

A former Freehills senior associate has been hired by New Zealand commercial firm Duncan Cotterill.

Kerryn Tredwell, who has been with Freehills for over three years, joins Duncan Cotterill’s Sydney office as a partner.

 
 

Tredwell has experience in employment law and industrial relations, gained in practice in Australia, the UK and on secondment as legal counsel in the HR and workplace advisory groups of one of Australia’s leading banks.

She has represented employers in a range of employment-related litigation in courts and tribunals.

She is a dual-qualified English and Australian lawyer and spent four years with Eversheds LLP in London, specialising in employment-related litigation and multi-jurisdictional/cross-border project management.
