Throughout his career, Mr Miller has worked with clients in the healthcare, life sciences and technology sectors, including in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices and IT industries – something that the Maddocks partner and healthcare sector leader, Lucille Scomazzon, described as being a big focus point for the firm.

Maddocks partner and technology sector leader Brendan Coady added IP is increasingly important for clients in both sectors.

“From that perspective, Ben’s background and experience in IP commercialisation and dispute resolution will be of great benefit to our clients.”
