The firm has welcomed Christine Tadros as senior associate, operating out of its Sydney office.

Ms Tadros joins Carter Newell from in-house, where she has spent the last seven years. Ms Tadros brings with her a background in financial lines insurance law and throughout her career has managed numerous complex claims, multiparty professional negligence matters, high-value project-specific risks, excess layer claims and class action disputes.

Carter Newell Sydney partner Michael Bath congratulated Ms Tadros on her appointment and commended her skills and expertise.

“Christine brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm, Mr Bath said.

Her extended in-house experience and market knowledge is advantageous and ultimately supports the high level service offering we provide to our clients.”

Ms Tadros’ appointment follows that of solicitors Leia Wijeratne and Ashley Wong who were also hired for the firm’s Sydney office.

“As we closed off an unusual 2020, the recent appointments of these talented solicitors will see us continuing to expand with our focus on providing quality legal advice to our clients,” Mr Bath said.
