MARK ROWBOTHAM has joined specialist Brisbane personal injuries firm Rostron Carlyle Lawyers to head up its motor vehicle and occupiers liability division.

 
 

Joining as a senior associate, Rowbotham has experience in a broad range of insurance matters including WorkCover, compulsory third party insurance, public liability claims for slip and falls and liability for faulty products. He also advises on policy indemnity clauses and general insurance.

Rowbotham’s previous experience includes working in the UK in a firm specialising in personal injury litigation, industrial diseases, vibration white finger, asbestos-related conditions and general insurance matters. There he gained experience acting for both plaintiff and defendant corporate insurers.
