LANDER & ROGERS has expanded its workplace relations & safety team in Melbourne with the appointment of Cath Gillard as a special counsel.

Gillard joins the firm from an in-house position at Linfox Australia where she worked as a senior corporate lawyer specialising in workplace relations. Prior to that she worked for nine years in Minter Ellison’s industrial relations group.

Gillard is experienced in industrial relations, employment and anti-discrimination law. She provides strategic and technical advice to clients in a wide variety of industries in both the public and private sectors including retail, transport, financial services, manufacturing, education and health.
