“We enjoyed working collaboratively, at all stages of the transaction, with our clients and 333 Capital on the successful sale of the ArborSafe business,” said partner Mr Morvell.

“In particular, we are very pleased to have helped the founders on the sale of their business, which they have grown and operated since its establishment in 2005.”

“It is important to note that such a transaction only occurs only once in a business owners or shareholders’ lifetime – so you only get one chance to do it right, and James, Vanessa, Anthony, Joshua, Tamara and Alex ensured just that!”
