Smith joins the firm’s projects team, assisting with construction and major infrastructure projects. He has broad international and domestic experience in major front-end and back-end transactions. He was previously a partner with DLA Piper in Singapore and Hong Kong, and before that was with Baker & McKenzie in Singapore. He also has considerable arbitration experience, having conducted arbitrations in Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Jakarta.
