Throughout his career, Mr Idema has worked up an impressive practice advising on a broad range of commercial transactions.
Mr Idema’s new role will see him work together with existing commercial partners, John MacPhail and Malinda Kuo.
The appointment follows the recent hires of three new associates, a solicitor and two law clerks by Lynch Meyer, and comes as the firm looks to magnify its focus on becoming a leading corporate legal service provider to local South Australian and national businesses.
“Daniel is an extremely talented commercial lawyer who strengthens what we deliver for our clients,” said Lynch Meyer partner Sonia Bolzon.
“We are excited to welcome another young, dynamic lawyer to the firm’s partnership.”
As per a statement from Lynch Meyer, Mr Idema’s appointment takes the firm’s partnership to eight, “with an equal split of male and female partners”.
