BRISBANE FIRM Mullins Lawyers has promoted four of its lawyers to the position of associate.

 
 

Matthew Bradford, a member of the firm’s hospitality team, advises clients across the hospitality industry, but particularly hotels and clubs, on acquisitions and sales, and liquor and gaming licensing issues. He also has a special interest in sports law, and advises sporting association and individuals on sports law related matters.

Carla Crawford, Greg Shaw and Nigel Inglis are all members of the firm’s business services team. Crawford advises small-to-medium-sized enterprises and corporate entities on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, franchising and commercial agreements as well as providing general corporate advice.

Shaw advises individuals, small-to-medium-sized enterprises and public companies on franchising and distribution, mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, litigation and insolvency issues.

A specialist workplace relations lawyer, Inglis advises employers across a range of industries on all aspects of employment and industrial relations law, including workplace health and safety issues.
