INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS and employment law specialist Daniel Proietto has been appointed as a senior associate at Lander & Rogers.

Joining the firm’s workplace relations & safety group in the firm’s Melbourne office, Proietto’s background includes spending 12 months spent as the Australian Industrial Relations Commission as an associate to a senior deputy president.

Proietto has broad experience which includes advising private and public sector clients in relation to industrial disputes, negotiations for enterprise agreements, contracts of employment, due diligences, acquisitions, implementation of strategies to achieve workplace flexibility and change, downsizing of businesses, disciplinary matters and unfair and unlawful dismissals.
